Vacuum cooking is a smart and gentle way to cook snacks! It uses low temperatures and pressure to fry fruits and veggies in much less oil—locking in nutrients, natural colors, and crunch without the greasy guilt. It's how we make 'fried' feel healthy!
Where do you source your fruits and vegetables from?
We source our produce straight from the lush, nutrient-rich lands of Malnad—a beautiful region nestled in the Western Ghats of Karnataka-India. Known for its fertile soil, clean air, and vibrant farming traditions, it's the perfect place to grow the goodness that goes into every Hey Snaxy bite!
